This position is responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC systems, while also fabricating and installing sheet metal ductwork and HVAC components. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally with customers, and works safely and efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

• Perform preventative maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipment.

• Install, replace, and start up HVAC systems and related components.

• Inspect equipment and recommend repairs or replacement when necessary.

• Complete service tickets, work orders, and required documentation accurately and on time.

• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers and office staff.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience preferred,

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry up to 55 pounds.

• Climb ladders, work on rooftops, and in crawl spaces.

• Bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods.

• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.

Full-time position.
Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and rotating on-call schedule as needed.
